SGM Apartment

The construction and execution of this core and shell apartment included Civil, Mechanical and Electrical scopes of work. The complexity of the design revolves around the rotated orientation of the interior space with obtuse angled partition walls, reflex angled false ceilings, and parallelogram shaped marble tiles. The walls are majorly cladded with walnut wood panels and copper sheets with unequivocal interface with the lines forming the unique space. The house comprised a full automation system, underfloor heating, and exclusive lighting manufacturing and installation. The materials used include marble, terrazzo, ceramic, wood parquet, copper metal, and steel.
